SAMUEL ROBERT RICHTER (known as ROBERT RICHTER) (B.E.C, LL.B.) has been practising law for over 40 years and has developed a well-earned reputation for conflict resolution and estate planning. Robert holds degrees in Economics and Law from Monash University and was admitted to practice in 1976. Areas of practice include litigation in all jurisdictions, complex conveyancing (including shopping centres), subdivisions, estate planning (including Wills, Trusts and Superannuation) and debt recovery.
BELINDA RICHTER (B.A.(Hons),LLB) completed her articles at Holding Redlich and was admitted to practice in 2005. Belinda continued working at Holding Redlich until 2007. After the arrival of her first child, Belinda joined Robert Richter & Associates Pty. Ltd. and has predominantly undertaken commercial work for the firm. Belinda drafts, reviews and negotiates all types of commercial agreements as well as commercial leases. Belinda deals with property transfers into superannuation funds as well as estate planning.
DAVID RICHTER (BBUSCom (Accounting & Economics), LLB (Hons)) completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce at Monash University and worked in a GMK Centric (now part of Deloitte) in the business advisory division. Having become interested in law, David completed a law degree at Victoria University, graduating with Honours. David completed College of Law in 2014 and worked as a lawyer in the commercial department of Wisewould Mahony Lawyers before joining Robert Richter & Associates Pty. Ltd. Areas of practice include debt recovery, litigation and employment law.
